Quick Edit Working Version

The Quick edit working version tab allows you to quickly select a specific working version you would like to edit.

To edit a working version, follow these steps:

1. Click the Quick edit working version tab. The following pop-up dialog appears.



2. Select only one working version and a department to edit.
3. Click Edit version. Note that if you select more than one working version or a department, you will not be able to select the Edit version button. The Manage working version - Budget lines screen appears. Yon can continue modifying the budget lines as per your requirement. Refer to Quick Edit Working Version to know more modifying budget values.
