New settings
Column Resizing | General
You can use the drag & drop function of the mouse to set the column width by dragging the column headers right border. It works both in ‘Reading view’ and ‘Edit’ mode.
By double clicking on the resized element, the width will return to the original state.
Settings Edit Delay | General
If you edit a string type property, where you need to type something into the property, the engine waits with the update as many milliseconds as it has been set for this property.
The default wait time value is 5000 milliseconds.
Consistent Tooltip Report | General
This setting makes a tooltip report stay visible as long as the cell is selected. Other user events – like selecting another cell, or clicking outside of the tooltip – will hide it again.
Consistent Tooltip Report Class | General
This setting is visible only if ‘Show Tooltip Report’ and ‘Consistent Tooltip Report’ settings are turned ON. It contains the CSS class name of the tooltip.
Save Complete Message | Data Entry
If this setting is enabled, the user gets a message about the successful saving.
Grand total Comment Column Auto Size | Commenting
When ‘Grandtotal Comment Column Auto Size’ is enabled, the width of comment column will be auto sized.
Grand total Comment Column Width | Commenting
You can set the width of a comment column by typing a number into the property.
The default value is 60 px.
Disable Comment Error Message | Commenting
This setting, if turned ON, will suppress a ‘comment error’ from appearing. It could be useful when you are editing the report in Power BI Desktop and the reappearing message causes distractions as comments cannot be read during editing.
New features/changes
